[TYPO3-doc] Add anchors to sections

Hey,

first let me say thanks for the nice new rendering.
Just a wish: Add anchors to sections.

E.g. currently you have to link like
    http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/TCAReference/Reference/Columns/Select/Index.html
The exampel is called "Example - A multiple value selector with
contents from a database table "

Better would be an anchor:
    http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/TCAReference/Reference/Columns/Select/Index.html#exampleA
