[TYPO3-doc] Put docs about ...'pageNotFound_handling'... where?

Hi,

with a TYPO3 v4.5 I'm twiddling around with various possibilities
ot these settings in localconf.php:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['pageNotFound_handling']
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['pageNotFound_handling_statheader']
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['pageNotFoundOnCHashError']
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['pageUnavailable_handling']
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['pageUnavailable_handling_statheader']

To get a better understanding I've picked the comments from the
t3lib/config_default.php file and reformatted them as ReST.

Q: Where should this kind of information go on docs.typo3.org?
