[TYPO3-doc] Questions about rendering manuals

Hey Documentation team,

yesterday I cloned the CGL repo from [1] and built it with a local build
chain (latex, sphinx, typo3 templates).
It works very smooth and I got a PDF, but without the TYPO3 style and
font. I red the docu at the wiki, that I have to change manual into
typo3manual and the compiler will look for sphinxtypo3manual. But where
it expected this?

Another topic: Why is the meta informations about the manual not
correctly set in conf.py? Will this done by some release script or is
this just a task-to-be-done?

(For the last question I got some answers from Martin by mail. I sent
him exatly this mail and he encourage me asking the same question here
again. )

As I understand it correctly. I have to fill out this settings.yaml to
get the meta informations into the document.
