BTW, I highly recommend curious users to play on their own computer by
downloading and running a Pootle virtual appliance, free of charge, from
Bitnami:

http://bitnami.org/stack/pootle

I made my test with it and add nearly nothing to change to create a few
handy scripts to manage it from cron jobs.
