please include the version-number additional to extension-name. So you 
can store manals of all versions of all extensions in one directory.

As I download a lot of manuals for extensions used in different 
installions I requiere matching manuals of different extension-versions. 
and storing each 'manual.sxw' as 'manual-<extname>-<version>.sxw is a 
good way to hold them all in one directory to look for.

While some authors already provide pdf-manuals: 
be careful about screenshots in pdfs. I recently read one pdf-manual 
where the screenshots were unreadable :(
