[TYPO3-doc] [reST migration] Getting rid of tables for displaying references

Hi Oliver,

this one is especially inspriring to me, as it picks up on something I
would like to see as well in future for our documentation:

Obviously this isn't just a plain static link. Everythink after /#!/
will probably be rewritten to parameters and trigger a search function
whith hopefully some intelligence.

Yes, I would like that! But ok, lets do one step at a time!
