[BUGFIX] Make path to 'res' relative to script

This affects the Python package in
/RenderOfficialDocsFirsttime. The 'res' folder is now referenced
relative to the package and not relative to the current workdir.
You may now run the script from any dir:
  python anydir/1_do_the_work.py
