Yes, it is a nice tool. I gave that a try in the beginning to see if
its able to do the "to ReST" conversion for us. But when I tried with
large files to do "HTML to ReST" it never came to an end. I stopped
the program after several hours.

I'm wondering if it's working for someone else. Open a manuals.sxw,
save as HTML und try Pandoc to do HTML -> ReST.

Just curious: Do you get that working?
