[TASK] Change 'index' to 'Index' in typo3sphinx theme

Adapt the home link of out typo3sphinx theme to our
convention of using Index.html and not index.html for
the home page.

[TASK] Improve RenderOfficialDocsFirsttime

1. The workflow now uses the new folder structure we agreed with
     /Documentation/Index.rst
     /Documentation/_make/
   and so on.

2. 1_do_the_work.py now takes a commandline parameter. Run
     python 1_do_the_work.py | less
   for help.
