[TYPO3-doc] On-line services for extension manual

Fabien,

indeed, an online service of this kind gives a good feeling - not
mentioning being useful.

I'm not exactly scared - but what should be the result? Or is that
still to come?

BTW, Steffen Gebert changed the Apache settings yesterday, so its
running as "www-data" again. Could that be a problem?

PS: Don't be afraid about using "curl". For that like that I'm on
Linux anyway ;-)
