[TYPO3-doc] Official Docs in ReST format: First 18 now with Git/Gerrit workflow

Hi,

This is really great! Thanks guys for all your efforts, in particular 
Martin for creating the migration scripts and Christopher for pushing 
all the stuff to Git/Gerrit.

We can now start improving the official manuals in reST. Goodbye 
OpenOffice :-)
