Thanks, this is great and absolutely good enough for our needs.

Note that Robert was just talking about URLs, not all the other files. 
But I think that if the server is case-insensitive, then it doesn't 
matter if the rendered HTML files and folders use UpperCamelCase. On the 
contrary, I think it makes the structure more readable when we look at 
it from a server admin point of view.
