[TYPO3-doc] Testing of manual rendering?

All,

I try to update the manual of cal base ("cal") to the recent manual 
template. Since I'm not sure if everything goes fine, I want to test & 
preview the rendering "somehow".

Do you have a hint for me? I tried 
http://ter.steffenkamper.info/index.php?id=16 , but it somehow does not 
work. Neither for cal's manual (ok, its 3.3 MB big ;-)) nor for the 89kB 
file of the offical doc_template manual sxw.
