Thanks for reporting. Background: Here we ran into the issue for
the first time that titles (and therefore links, urls, ...) have
to deal with Unicode because of the à in "Templavoilà".

In the Sphinx code there is a function definition:
  b = str

which is lateron used to convert the type of strings if necessary:

  s = b(someString)

It seems that we have to use:
  b = unicode

as we are not on Python 3.x yet, which only knows Unicode for
strings. Anyway, with this

  unicodeStr = b(someString)

all pages are present and the warnings.txt file is empty.
