It would look like:

http://build.docs.typo3.org/FLOW3/Packages/TYPO3.TYPO3/master/
http://build.docs.typo3.org/FLOW3/Packages/TYPO3.FLOW3/master/

Mind the server is still work in progress: (1) base URL is currently wrong (still FLOW3) and (2) top
menu should not be there on the Build server.
