Rendering ReST is not so trivial in that it requires tools like Sphinx, 
which runs on Python. Fabien has designed a service to render ReST 
manuals online, but all of this is not standard and can't really be 
packaged with the Core.

The base logic can certainly be implemented pretty quickly. Philipp 
Gampe has agreed to take care of that, but the deadline is still awfully 
short as feature freeze is in just 10 days. But yes, the logic can 
probably be already planned in the new EM.
