[TYPO3-doc] Reading docs online (after typo3.org relaunch)

Yes, we know about it and mean to do something about it as quickly as 
possible, but the whole documentation rendering engine is a very 
delicate business, which has always caused a lot of trouble.

but is incomplete, as is Core documentation too.

Yes, please be. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully this will be 
solved in the next days. And will be a problem of the past once we 
complete the migration to reST.
