Some more information, things I forgot and answers to some questions:

- all times are CET.
- indeed, one date happens during T3CON. As I don't attend this year I 
forgot about it. Sorry.
- Big Blue Button is indeed a web-based conferencing system. It's open 
source and we have an instance running for the TYPO3 community, 
available to any team or group who needs it.
- Participating *will* require a microphone if you want to speak, 
although there's also a chat window.
- Minutes will be taken using EtherPad, as other teams do.
