Seems the server group is willing to handle lower level stuff, so all 
we're talking about is updating and configuring mediawiki code, and 
maybe setting up regular db backups. I'd be willing to take that on.

I'm also interested in improving the editorial process by creating more 
templates and adding more help files and guidelines for content 
contributors.
