[TYPO3-doc] Experiences with ReSTructured Text

Hey everybody,

I fully agree with François. While it is true that documentation writing
is also "Content Management" in some way, I just don't see the benefits
of using TYPO3 there.

François has already pointed out most points; another issue being
support for multiple parallel versions (you should still be able to view
the docs for an older TYPO3 / FLOW3 version).

Instead of patching something together on top of TYPO3, I think the
direction of using a specialized, reality-proven and stable tool makes a
lot more sense :-) We don't have to maintain it, get updates for free, ...
