[TYPO3-doc] Sphinx 1.1: Translation

Hey everybody,

I just checked out the feature set of Sphinx 1.1 at [1] and discovered
they have built-in translation based on gettext now [2] -- so that
should play really nice with our Pootle infrastructure, and it's
officially supported by the sphinx team! *Excited* :-)

Just wanted to share this!
