[TYPO3-doc] Extension documentation

Hi there,

I started the (manual) rewrite of an extension documentation to reST, to 
"feel it" and learn how to create tables, insert images, ...

Work in progress is on Forge:

I'm sure some guidelines will come up for "officially" structuring an 
extension documentation but at least it will then be only a matter of 
changing some markup :-)

Looking forward to reading more about the guidelines here.
