I see it the other way around: for me it's about enabling extension 
authors to benefit of all the features the migration to DocBook will 
introduce.

BTW we haven't yet reached a decision what to do with extension manuals 
anyway, i.e. forcing to use DocBook, keep OpenOffice, use the wiki, etc.
