[TYPO3-doc] Documentation budgets

Hi all,

Congratulations! I really appreciate that the DocTeam has a budget to 
support and honor work, often done behind the scenes.

I think - although everybody agrees on his volunteer job - receiving a 
"bonus" afterwards is a nice award and motivation.
