[TYPO3-doc] How to request removal of parts of documentation?

Hi,

In the pending documentation usually documentation is added for new 
functionality or modified things.

With the new mailer I'd like to remove a small part of the Core API 
documentation which describes a few deprecated functions. How can I do that?
(It's the description of t3lib_div::plainMailEncoded and 
t3lib_div::quoted_printable)
