[TYPO3-doc] DocBook: first sample manual

Apparently if working a lot with DocBook it's worth investing into a 
license for oXygen. Serna is apparently quite good too, but I haven't 
tested it.

For now I'm working with XMLMind's XMLEditor and it's quite fine.
