[TYPO3-doc] ChangeLog file for translations?

Hi all,

As I'm writing rules and guidelines for translators, I'm wondering about 
one thing: should there be a ChangeLog file also in the translations or 
should there be one just for the default language?

In a way the information in a "translated" ChangeLog will be redundant 
from that of the main ChangeLog, and I'm not sure that people who read 
translations really need a translation of the ChangeLog too (and should 
the ChangeLog really be in the translation language at all).

Opinions?
