[TYPO3-doc] Small improvements to official documentation template

Hi all,

Given the very few remarks I would say that we have reached a 
satisfaction point with the new documentation template.

I just thought some more about Daniel's remark about the size of the 
logo and I'm coming around to his point of view: it's a bit too large. 
So here's a version with a somewhat smaller logo (reduced by about 25%):

I hope no one opposes this as I would really like to close this round of 
modifications for now, for simple reasons of timing: next week is 
T3CON10, which will keep me busy the whole week, but after that my 
schedule clears a bit and I have planned to catch up with updating the 
core docs for 4.4.

Again thanks to all who participated in the discussion, we have a vastly 
improved template, which not only enhance the next manuals to be 
published, but will also be a good basis for future discussions on 
convergence between v4 and v5 doc (as per my separate post on the topic 
entitled "Deeper changes to the documentation").
