Hi Francois,

excellent decision. It's the only way to produce real professional 
documentation, imho.

For extension developers who don't want to use docbook you could let 
them continue submitting Open Office docs and ask some volunteers to 
move them to docbook (I could be one of those volunteers :-)). I believe 
other teams do it in a similar way.
