[TYPO3-doc] The word "amazing"...

excellent work!!!

i just browsed all manual, and my only question is:

isn't there any version/last update date anywhere?

i know they are in the extconf.php ..
but i guess most people will download the manual.sxw and use it by  
OpenOffice or after converting to pdf..
there you lose any version info

the first page just says:

Getting Started Tutorial
Extension Key: doc_tut_quickstart
Language: en
Keywords: forBeginners, forEditors, forAdmins
Copyright 2000-2010, Documentation Team, <documentation at typo3.org>
.....

shouldn't we add:
version 1.0.0
last update: 8 november 2010
TYPO3 version: 4.4

?
