[TYPO3-doc] TYPO3 wiki encoding problems

Hello,

Just for reference, this is my Japanese environment at 
wiki.typo3 "ISO Latin 1" database, sorry.


at Mac OS X 10.5.6 and Safari version 3.2.1

Safari environment setting :
View --> default encoding "ISO Latin 1"

connect  wiki.typo3.org

login wiki  -->

! My Japanese Mac OS X is Japanese environment, and
this wiki site is "ISO Latin 1", so wiki page
characters are not correct. Many characters are not correct! 
However, I can use Japanese Kanji characters on this wiki editor 
environment.

edit page by default encoding "ISO Latin 1"

After that, save this page. I can view Japanese Kanji characters 
on Wiki.

At Japanese Windows environment, I can not do this operation
on Safari Windows Version. Also Fire Fox and IE are not
fix encode setting for "ISO Latin 1" that default browser
setting environment. I can do this operation is only Mac OS x 
environment now.
