Hello Michael,
yes, you're overlooking somehting. For you and other core-members the
link is senseless. But for others this is the reason:
* they have a link to the bugtracker
* they see that they can jump to a single bug-id
* the can change the bug-id and put that bug-id in what they're
interested in
Why the changes in the changelog are not linked: it's not possible to do
that in geshi. Just keywords like php or others can be linked.
