Ok there had been talk on the core list of creating a means to invoke 
the same properties as TSFE would have, but I don't know what it was. 
None the less for what I want PIDinRootline will do.

Any ideas why this doesn't work?

[PIDinRootline = 5]
options.overridePageModule = web_list
[global]


Afaik conditions are supposed to work in the beuser config as well 
aren't they?
