[TYPO3-doc] TYPO3's book

Hi!
I'm Roberto Torresani from Italy; it's some year that I use TYPO3 and I'm
active on italian mailinglist.
Something that does not allow italian developers to approach TYPO3 is the
lack of documentation in Italian.

I'm thinking to write a italian manual.What are the steps towards TYPO3
association, writing a manual?
Is possible to translate english manuals with reference to them?
