[TYPO3-doc] New version of doc_inst_upgr

Hello everyone,

I just finished an updated version of the TYPO3 installation and upgrade 
guide and wanted to ask where I should put such things or whom to contact.

Main changes are updated screenshots and getting rid of some outdated 
information.

For those who are interested I just - temporarily - uploaded it on my
