[TYPO3-doc] [wiki] now geshi-rendering for changelogs

Hello,

now the changelogs are better to read,

see for example this one:
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/TYPO3_4.1

The tag for it is this:
<changelog>
  ...
</changelog>
