[TYPO3-doc] Where should i put snippets etc?

Hello Steffen,

there are some snippet-extensions in TER
* jph_codesnippets
* xdev_codesnippet
* vjrtecodesnippets
* sl_codesnippets24

So question is if you can do something general what can be extended by 
hooks or TS.
