[TYPO3-doc] [WIKI] new template 'faq'

Hi list,

I made a new template: FAQ

http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Special:Whatlinkshere/Template:Faq

With this you can create a nicely formatted Q and A. The setup uses 
'lists' so that the text is nicely indented.
