Hello Martin,

thank you very much that you like to help with that - but you have much 
work with tsref and it's not hard for me to do the job. The 
"rollback"-button is just there when one is admin.

This is a good help for me - when you see a page what has no header, 
then you also can care for it. The real reason is not the header itself, 
it's the category and/ or the wiki-tag. for example the new 
"[[Translations]]" or {{Tag|php.ini}}

for example: this is the content of the new Translation-category:

| usage=pages of the Translation teams
| example=<nowiki>[[Translation]]</nowiki>
