[TYPO3-doc] wiki: howto use category and tag?

That's the category-name, you didn't make anything wrong.

A Wiki is a really simple tool, so we needed to use some tricks for
_non-english_ pages.

The TS-example-pages are getting really good. All that links are nice to
use. Do you have several wiki-pages open to see what links#anchors you
can set?
