[TYPO3-doc] Frontend user login

Hi,
I'm newie to Typo3 and I'm just trying it. I'm reading the manual and 
I'm little confused about frontside users login. I've created new 
website using Typo3 and assign template to it (called Business). To be 
able to create restricted pages I should have "Users" folder in tree 
view displaying webpages. The is nothing like that. I've tried to modify 
the template and set styles.content.loginform.pid = 20 (as mentioned

still no "Users" folder.
Can anyone tell me' what i'm doing wrong?
