[TYPO3-doc] Bad instruction creating hooks!

Sometimes explations are really awfull:

Extremely difficult to catch what to do. Not a good instruction.
I have *VERY BIG DIFFICULTIES TO UNDERSTAND HOOK EXPLANATIONS*
I have seldom this kind of difficulties.
