[TYPO3-doc] Where is defaultHeaderType documented?

Hi Matthew,

somehow (nearly) everything is documented, the only thing you have to 
find out is where and how the constants defined are used in the 
EXT:css_styled_content/static/setup.txt and then look it up in TSRef.

So I am using setup.txt for learning TypoScript by example.
