[TYPO3-doc] Installation documentation in the Wiki

Hi folks,

Ingmar Schlecht has added the documentation files to the Wiki:
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/README_files

Please help to edit these files, make them easy to understand, and probably
also merge the two README.txt files into one single version.
