[TYPO3-doc] Extension Repository Kickstarter

Hi,
I'm going through documentation and there is section
Part 2: Creating a Template Selector
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/tutorials/doc_tut_templselect2/current/view/1/2/

Documentation want me to install Extension Repository Kickstarter 
(extrep_wizard), but repository list 
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/fulllist/ shows this extension is 
not available. Where can I get it?
