official doc and even your beta texts: "Happy talk".

Hey! while searching for "happy talk", I found this other source (which 
cite Nielsen). Apparently it's from a powerpoint:

Maybe the happy talk tone is good for Tutorial, but it's the only 
exception I can think of.
