[Typo3-doc] Typo3-wiki: LanguageSwitch works

Hi DocTEAM,

just try this out - you can switch between english/german/french. See 
the page-names in orange!

http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Alternative_Language

With the current wiki-version 1.3 this is the BEST solution.
What do you think about it?
