[Typo3-doc] manual for TYPO3 editors of www.yourassist.com

Hi
I plan to lanch Assist Network of Site (www.yourassist.com) on next week.

It will be 4+ editors on this network. I need to write good manual for them.

I will put this manual on special support&adv site www.typo3assist.com
I use TemplaVoila page module and htmlarea editor in this project.

My plan:
1) use  Typo3 Tutorial
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/typo3_tut/
delete all old screenshorts and all text  on Page module and RTE
2) make some screenshorts on templavoila editing (or take it from some
tutorial?)
3) make some screenshorts on htmlarea  (or take it from some tutorial?)

Questions:
Is it the best way?
Can I use all this manuals? (I will put copyright notice.. etc)
