[Typo3-doc] t3annotation

Hello!

I am currently working on the t3annotation extension, so that templating is 
available, extension is cached etc. This extension is used for annotations 
on typo3.org. As soon as it is done and documented, it could be published.

Is there anyone interested in doing the documentation part?

For the timetable: I will have something up and running this weekend. 
Functionality is already done beside some small things. There still has to 
be done more cleanup. It should also be made flexible, which is not yet the 
case, as it has been written for typo3.org.

If anyone is interested, please get in touch with me. Extension for testing 
would of course be available.
