[Typo3-doc] Started to fill page about TemplaVoila

Hi!

I started to fill the page about TemplaVoila
 http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/TemplaVoila

My goal is to collect stuff from the mailinglists, I started with the
english list and have covered everything back 100 days, I think.

The dev and german lists will be handled later this week, I hope.
